very nice vibes with fine views and relaxing beach access
The very nice atmosphere, lovely event nights, and fine views. The free Wi-Fi in rooms was a huge bonus for keeping connected.

Clean and quiet hotel, child-friendly. The pool was great, the food great. This provides the basis for a great holiday. I switch to lounge + double bedroom. It can be recommended.

Big and perfect room and bathroom with a bathtub. Comfortable beds and a personal safe, air conditioning, and an electronic key card.

The view from our balcony was absolutely stunning! 🌅 I was really disappointed with the beach access—definitely could be better. the room cleanliness left much to be desired.

The studio was clean and spacious, with a comfortable space for my family. The dining experiences were chaotic with slow service and a lack of food variety, which could definitely improve. I faced some difficulties accessing the beach, not as pleasant as I expected.

Fantastic surroundings. Fantastic garden. Fantastic pools. Friendly, little village. Great fitness room. Easy to catch bus for visiting other places, like Nessebar and Burgas.
There was not enough pillows to all the sunbeds around the pools. The sunbeds at the hotels beach was in hard plastic.

It is not five star hotel at all.

I found the access to the beach quite disappointing, as it was neither direct nor appealing. The overall cleanliness of the hotel, including the rooms, seemed lacking, unexpected for a resort. The swimming pool area had an unpleasant odor, and the hygiene standards did not seem up to par, detracting from my overall enjoyment.

We had a very restful long week-end. The rooms are quiet. We had a garden view and, in my opinion, it was even better than a sea view - peaceful and beautiful. Our studio was equipped with a little stove, a fridge, a sink and a cupboard with cups and dishes. We did not use them but it's good for people who like to cook something "at home" or to make your own tea. The bed is very comfortable. The location is perfect, the territory is well groomed and really nice; the staff are helpful and efficient; the beach (even though not too big) is comfortable. The place is very good for families with children and mature couples. There were numerous good tv channels including several popular channels in Russian.
The breakfast could be better. It lacks variety. It would be good if they could serve porridge for breakfast. The coffee is bad. Juice is even worse. I wouldn't call it juice. The breakfast definitely needs improvements. The spa facilities are very nice but one has to book massage and spa treatment well in advance. We spend 3 days at the hotel but were unable to get reservations at the Spa centre. It was fully booked from morning till evening.

The overall impression on the hotel is acceptable. Particularly I enjoied the spa and fitness&pool conditions. The food is very good and the staff is great. I recommend it for family and relaxation trips only.
The bed is actually a preety unconfortable extensible couch. Also the beach is practically absent (by being so small and so far away). The hotel is situated in a remote position (around 6 km) from sunny beach. Personally I would downgrade this hotel to 4 stars, tops.

Family with children, not worth the hype
The pool was surprisingly clean, very nice to see,, and the resort garden looked really well-maintained.
It wasn't cheap, but the quality just wasn't there.

Too much "all inclusive" type to my taste! Luxury but not stylish at all. Way too many Russians with their demonstrative and noisy presence and behavior.
Huge on a ridiculous location. Filty and polluted beach and sea water.

The view from the balcony of our Studio Balcony was fine. The tv provided a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. We appreciated the air conditioning, which keep us cool during the hot summer days.
Access to the beach could be improved.
